Warranty Policy
- These are Products/Equipment that were installed and failed.
- Before returning any item purchased through FJCare Air Condition Trading, you must call for a return authorisation document Number: FJCRA23/101-REV-01
- Packaging the item must include a copy of the invoice, full model, serial number, and/or commission number of the unit.
- The item will need to be shipped to “FJCare Air Condition Trading LLC, Post Box No 113824, Dubai, United Arab Emirates”.

Manufacturer warranty shall be provided for any equipment or parts as applicable and per the agreed terms of sale.

The manufacturer's limited warranty only applies to faulty products and does not cover physical damage caused by improper usage, dropping, or other accidents.

Alternatively you may send an email to acparts@fjcare.com , explaining details about the issue with photographs, and a member of our staff will help you find a solution. Please be aware that we have the right to decide whether to repair or replace. Please know that you can count on us whenever you need help.

All warranty terms shall be calculated from the date of Invoice or delivery, whichever comes earlier.

Return shipping costs for the failed part to FJCare and shipping costs of the new good part to the customer will not be reimbursed.

No refund for items returned for warranty and tested as good will be issued. Return shipping costs to FJCare and shipping costs to return these parts to the customer will not be reimbursed.

Warranties cannot be processed without the model and serial number of the unit that the part is installed on. Part must be an OEM replacement for that unit.
