Return Policy

• Parts that remain uninstalled will be regarded as Returnable Parts.

• We aim to offer comprehensive information on our website, including images, for each item to benefit our buyers. This requires considerable effort to compile everything. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you select the appropriate product based on your needs, as we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. However, if you identify any manufacturing defect within three days of delivery and bring it to our attention, we will promptly provide a replacement product.

• Before initiating the return of any item purchased from FJCare Air Condition Trading, it is essential to call and acquire a return authorization document bearing the number FJCRA23/101-REV-01.

• When packaging the item, ensure that a copy of the invoice and the complete model, serial number, and/or part number are included. Items should be shipped to the following address: FJCare Air Condition Trading LLC, P.O. Box 113824, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• In cases where FJCare is responsible for the error, we will assume the cost of return shipping. Conversely, customers will be liable for shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee if the error is not on FJCare's part.

• Upon return, items will be examined to verify whether the part was installed. Any items displaying signs of tampering, being secured (screw marks), exhibiting marks on electrical spade terminals, or containing set-screw imprints on motor shafts will be disqualified for a refund. Incomplete returns will not be refunded. Items found to have been installed will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

• The returned item must be housed in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale, and accompanied by a copy of the initial invoice. Refrain from damaging the part number label on the box (e.g., by attaching tape to the part number).
